§ 15.12.050. Use of water—Permit required.

It is unlawful for any person to use water from any pipe connected with any water main or the waterworks plant of the metropolitan government or to discharge sewage or sewage waste into any pipe connected with the sanitary sewerage system of the metropolitan government without first obtaining a written permit from the department.
