§ 15.12.140. Repairs and extensions—Authority to shut off water.

It shall be expressly agreed and understood that the department reserves the right at any time to shut off the water for the purpose of extending, replacing, repairing or cleaning mains and appurtenances, and the department shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom. No claim shall be made against the department by reason of the breaking of any service pipe or connection.
