§ 15.12.230. Violations—Discontinuance of service.

Failure upon the consumer's part to comply with any of the regulations and rules of the department shall give the department the right to discontinue service, and such service shall not be re-established until the consumer has complied with all of the rules and regulations of the department pertaining to the supplying of water to the consumer.
