§ 15.16.050. Size restrictions.

No water main less than two inches in diameter may be run in any street, county road or state highway unless, in the judgment of the director, he may deem a smaller size main permissible. If a water main less than two inches is permitted, it shall supply one house only and shall be known as a long service pipe.
