§ 15.16.100. Private mains—Location—Compliance with department requirements.

The department shall have the right to locate mains, to designate the location of valves and to specify the kind and make of all water main equipment that may be installed in a private water main. The director shall have the right to refuse to furnish or to discontinue the furnishing of water through any main that does not comply with the requirements of the department.
