§ 15.16.460. Meter setting—Prohibited fittings.

In setting the meter, a brick shall be placed crosswise on the bottom of box for the meter to rest on. The regulation curb cock shall be placed in front of the meter, and no ells, tees or other fittings shall be used between the curb cock and the meter other than necessary bushings to connect the meter to the curb cock and to connect the outlet side of the meter to the part of the service continuing on into the premises.
