§ 15.36.120. Extensions—Property of metropolitan government.

When it becomes necessary to construct a system of sewer mains in a subdivision or on private property for the purpose of serving multiple structures or a single structure, the sewer main or mains shall be installed by the developer or owner in accordance with the regulations of the department, and shall become a part of the public sanitary sewerage system.
