§ 15.44.020. Monthly rates.

A.

The rates set out in Table 15.44.020 are established for sewerage service, said rates to be effective beginning May 1, 2009, as set forth in this chapter.

B.

Budget Billing. Within six months after the completion and installation of the department's new customer information system, the department shall create and implement a budget payment plan ("budget billing") for residential customers. Residential customers with at least twelve months of billing history will be eligible for budget billing. Budget billing amounts will be based on the prior twelve months history, with the average amount being due each month. At the end of twelve months, a true up will occur, and the amount due each month will be reassessed based on actual consumption.
