§ 15.48.010. Applicability of rates and charges.

The department shall charge for all water provided by the department and consumed by each consumer and customer and shall charge for the sewerage services provided by the department and made available to each customer. The charges for water and sewerage services shall be made according to meter measurement of water consumed or otherwise as provided by this chapter and at the rates established by Chapters 15.32 and 15.44.
