§ 15.48.040. Government housing projects.

For the purpose of supplying water and sewerage services to a federal, state, county or municipal housing project, the director is authorized to specify as many meters and service connections as he may deem necessary to properly supply and measure the consumption of water by such projects, and the department is authorized to pool the individual readings of the service meters into a lump-sum reading for each project separately. The lump-sum reading shall be used as a basis for arriving at the rate upon which the combined water and sewerage bill shall be calculated for each project separately.
