§ 15.48.120. Payment—Pay stations.

All bills or money due the department shall be payable to the department at the office of the division of billing and collection and other established pay stations. The director shall have the authority to enter into agreements with local businesses to act as pay stations for the department; provided, however, that such local businesses have first been approved by the metropolitan council by resolution.
