§ 15.48.240. Restoration of service following payment of account.

  • Whenever any delinquent consumer or customer, whose supply of water has been turned off, pays the sum due into the department, the department, without delay, shall have the supply turned on; provided, that the consumer or customer shall have complied with all rules and regulations of the department pertaining to the supplying of water to consumers or water and sewerage service to customers.
