§ 15.60.120. Waste from garbage grinders prohibited—Exceptions.

A.
Waste from garbage grinders shall not be discharged into a community sewer except
where generated in preparation of food consumed on the premises, and then only where
applicable fees, therefore are paid. Such grinders must shred the waste to a degree
that all particles will be carried freely under normal flow conditions prevailing
in the community sewers. Garbage grinders shall not be used for the grinding of plastic,
paper products, inert materials or garden refuse.
B.
This section shall not apply to domestic residences.
