§ 15.60.160. Direct discharge into manhole—Permit required.

No person shall discharge any substance directly into a manhole or other opening in a community sewer other than through an approved building sewer unless he shall have been issued a temporary permit by the director. The director shall incorporate in such temporary permits such conditions as he deems reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter, and the user shall be required to pay applicable charges and fees, therefore.
