§ 15.60.200. Applicability of article.

The provisions of this chapter are applicable to all industrial users of the POTW. Any permits issued hereunder to industrial users who are subject to or who become subject to a "National Pretreatment Standard" as that term is defined in 40 CFR Section 403.3(i) shall be conditioned upon the industrial user's also complying with all applicable substantive and procedural requirements promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency or the state in regard to such National Pretreatment Standards.
