§ 15.60.230. Incomplete applications—Notice to correct—Denial.

  • The director will act only on applications that are accompanied by a report which contains all the information required in Section 15.60.220. Persons who have filed incomplete applications will be notified by the director that the application is deficient and the nature of such deficiency and will be given thirty days to correct the deficiency. If the deficiency is not corrected within thirty days or within such extended period as allowed by the director, the director shall submit the application for a permit to the authority with a recommendation that it be denied and notify the applicant in writing of such action.
