§ 15.60.320. Revocation.

  • Any permit issued under the provisions of this article is subject to be modified, suspended or revoked in whole or in part during its term for cause, including but not limited to the following:

    A.

    Violation of any terms or conditions of the wastewater discharge permit or other applicable law or regulation;

    B.

    Obtaining of a permit by misrepresentation or failure to disclose fully all relevant facts; or

    C.

    A change in any condition that requires either a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the permitted discharge.

    D.

    Falsifying self-monitoring reports and certification statements;

    E.

    Tampering with monitoring equipment;

    F.

    Refusing to allow Metro timely access to the facility premises and records;

    G.

    Failure to meet effluent limitations;

    H.

    Failure to pay fines;

    I.

    Failure to pay sewer charges;

    J.

    Failure to meet compliance schedules;

    K.

    Failure to complete a wastewater survey or the wastewater discharge permit application;

    L.

    Failure to provide advance notice of the transfer of business ownership of a permitted facility
