§ 15.60.380. Violation—Notice.

Whenever the director determines or has reasonable cause to believe that a discharge of wastewater has occurred in violation of the provisions of this title, the user's wastewater discharge permit, or any other applicable law or regulation, he shall notify the user of such violation. Failure of the director to provide notice to the user shall not in any way relieve the user from any consequences of a wrongful or illegal discharge.
