§ 15.60.410. Injunctive relief.

  • The director may in the name of the metropolitan government file in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit seeking the issuance of an injunction, damages or other appropriate relief to enforce the provisions of this title or other applicable law or regulation. Suit may be brought to recover any and all damages suffered by the metropolitan government as a result of any action or inaction of any person who causes or suffers damage to occur to the POTW or for any other expense, loss or damage of any kind or nature suffered by the metropolitan government.
