§ 15.60.450. Punitive action—Confirmation of authority required—Exceptions.

The director shall report to the hearing authority his intent to institute any action under the provisions of Sections 15.60.410 and 15.60.430 and seek the advice of the authority in regard thereto, unless he shall determine that immediate action is advisable.
