§ 15.72.010. Health regulations—Adopted by reference.

Rules and regulations of the commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Public Health, which became effective July 10, 1974, are adopted and incorporated into this chapter as regulations governing private sewage disposal systems of the metropolitan government by reference, as fully as though copied into this chapter. Where a provision of this chapter is found to be in conflict with a provision found in the rules and regulations of the metropolitan board of health, the provisions as promulgated by the commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Public Health as found in this chapter shall prevail.
