§ 15.72.060. Runoff of contents unlawful when.

It is unlawful for any person to draw off or allow to run on any ground, street or alley in the metropolitan government area the contents or any part thereof of any vault, privy, cesspool or place where animals or fowl are kept. Any person so offending or failing to comply with this section after seventy-two hours' notice from the department of health to abate the same shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this code.
