§ 16.04.050. Additional requirements—Authority of director.

Any requirements necessary for the strength or stability of an existing or proposed building or structure or for the safety of the occupants thereof, not specifically covered by Chapters 16.04 and 16.28 through 16.56, shall be determined by the director of codes administration, subject to appeal to the board of building code appeals.
