§ 16.04.140. Proof of compliance—Test reports.

The director of codes administration may require tests or test reports as proof of compliance with Chapters 16.04 and 16.28 through 16.56. Tests, if required, shall be made at the expense of the owner or agent, by an approved testing laboratory or agency. Copies of such test reports and the results of all such tests shall be kept on file in the office of the director of codes administration.
