§ 16.04.230. Trailers and mobile homes.

Every trailer, mobile home, modular building or other structure located on property under the jurisdiction of this code and with a duly issued building permit and zoning permit, shall be securely and completely underpinned and skirted with an approved material which is impervious to the weather and rodents.
