§ 16.12.080. Right of entry.

The director of codes administration shall enforce the provisions of this chapter, and he or his duly authorized representative may enter, with the consent of the owner or occupant or with a valid search warrant, and upon presentation of proper identification, any building, structure or premises within the metropolitan government area to perform any duty or responsibility imposed upon him by this chapter.
