§ 16.12.160. Application.

Application for a plumbing permit shall be made in writing on forms provided by the director of codes administration. Each applicant entitled to receive a plumbing permit shall submit such information as may be deemed necessary to assure that the plumbing installation or plumbing system for which a permit is requested, when installed, shall comply with the requirements and provisions of this chapter.
