§ 16.12.200. Applications—Examination by director.

The director of codes administration shall examine, or cause to be examined, each application for a plumbing permit and the plans and specifications submitted therewith, and shall determine by such examination whether the plumbing installation, plumbing system, device, equipment, fixtures, etc., as indicated and described, are in accordance with the provisions and requirements of this chapter and other pertinent laws and ordinances.
