§ 16.12.260. Permit denied.

In such instances where it has been determined that the application for a plumbing permit or the plans and specifications filed therewith do not conform to the requirements of this chapter or other pertinent laws and ordinances, a plumbing permit shall be refused. The plans and specifications shall he returned to the applicant with a statement setting forth the reasons for such refusal.
