§ 16.12.290. Expiration—Extensions.

Any plumbing permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit shall have been commenced within six months after the date of issuance, or if the work so authorized is suspended or abandoned for a period of one year after the time the work is commenced. The director of codes administration may, for justifiable cause, grant one or more extensions of time for periods not exceeding ninety days each.
