§ 16.16.150. Additional requirements—Determined by director.

Any requirement deemed necessary for the safety, strength or stability of an existing or proposed gas/mechanical installation or gas/mechanical system or for the health, safety or welfare of the occupants of any building or structure, not specifically covered by the provisions of this chapter, shall be determined by the director of codes administration, subject to an appeal to the board of gas/mechanical examiners and appeals.
