§ 16.16.570. Certificate of approval.

A.

Upon satisfactory completion and final test of gas/mechanical system, notice of approval of such installation shall be posted within the building. Such notice shall be dated and properly signed by the person making the inspection.

B.

After passing inspection, a certificate of approval may be issued by the director of codes administration, upon the request of the permittee or owner. The local gas utility shall be notified of system completion.
