§ 16.16.600. Classifications—Defined.

For the purpose of this chapter, the classifications of gas/mechanical certificate holders shall be defined as follows:

A.

"Metropolitan master mechanical certificate holder" means an individual who has successfully completed the required metropolitan master mechanical certificate examination and holds a current and valid master mechanical certificate duly issued by the metropolitan board of gas/mechanical examiners and appeals.

B.

"Metropolitan HVAC&R certificate holder" means an individual who has successfully completed the required HVAC&R certificate examination and holds a current and valid metropolitan HVAC&R certificate duly issued by the metropolitan board of gas/mechanical examiners and appeals.

C.

"Metropolitan gas and appliance certificate holder" means an individual who has successfully completed the required gas and appliance certificate examination and holds a current and valid metropolitan gas and appliance certificate duly issued by the metropolitan board of gas/mechanical examiners and appeals.
