§ 16.20.180. Application.

Application for an electrical permit shall be made in writing on forms provided by the director of codes administration. Each applicant entitled to receive an electrical permit shall be required to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to assure that the electrical installation or electrical system for which a permit is requested, when installed, shall comply with the requirements and provisions of this chapter.
