§ 16.20.310. Permit denial conditions.

In such instances where it has been determined that the application for a permit or the plans and specifications filed therewith do not conform to the requirements of this chapter or other pertinent laws and ordinances, an electrical permit shall be refused. The plans and specifications shall be returned to the applicant with a statement setting forth the reasons for such refusal.
