§ 16.20.360. Temporary use of power pending inspection.

  • If the director of codes administration or his designated agent is unable to make proper inspection within twenty-four hours after a request for such inspection, or where it is impracticable to complete the work without the use of current, the director may issue a release allowing the current to be supplied temporarily, pending further inspection. Unless all work is completed in strict conformity with this chapter, the director shall cause the current to be disconnected from the source of electrical energy.
