§ 16.24.050. Conflicts with other ordinances.

In any case where a provision of this chapter is found to be in conflict with a provision of any building, fire, safety, or health ordinance or code of the metropolitan government, the provision that establishes the higher standard for the promotion and protection of the public health, safety, and welfare shall prevail.
