§ 16.24.120. Inspection of dilapidated dwellings, buildings, and structures.

No building, plumbing, electrical, gas, mechanical, or other permit shall be issued to allow for the repair, alteration, or improvement of an existing dilapidated dwelling, building, or structure until an inspection has been made to determine the feasibility of rehabilitating such dwelling, building, or structure.
