§ 16.24.160. Existing remedies.

The provisions in this chapter shall not be construed to abolish or impair existing and future remedies of the jurisdiction, its officers, or agencies relating to the removal or demolition of any building or structure that is dangerous, unsafe, and or unsanitary.
