§ 16.24.270. Costs of temporary safeguards or emergency repairs.

The metropolitan government shall initiate appropriate action against the owner of the unsafe building, structure, or premises for the recovery of such costs as it incurred in rendering an unsafe structure, building, or premises safe by undertaking temporary safeguards and or emergency repairs.
