§ 16.24.280. Hearing.

Any person ordered to take emergency measures shall comply with such order forthwith. Any affected person shall thereafter, upon petition directed to the metropolitan board of property standards and appeals, be afforded a hearing. The affected person shall have twenty days from the date of the completing of the emergency measures to file a petition for appeal to the board of property standards and appeals. Otherwise, the procedure and hearing shall be as hereinafter described in this chapter.
