§ 16.44.060. Violations.

In addition to any other penalty imposed for violation of this chapter pursuant to Section 1.24.040, such violations of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance; and the director of the department of codes administration or the director of the department of health are authorized to seek injunctive relief to prohibit violations of this chapter.
