§ 16.52.070. Notice to vacate.

Whenever an occupied building or structure has been condemned or ordered demolished or repaired by the director of codes administration, he shall notify the tenants of such action in writing, and order such tenants to vacate the premises within a specified time, if necessary, or to do and perform such acts or works as may be necessary to fulfill the orders set forth in such notice. It is unlawful for any tenant to fail or refuse to promptly comply with any such notice or order.
