The sustainable development design standards shall be forwarded to the metropolitan department of codes administration for review consistent with the above referenced policy objectives.

2.

The purchasing agent shall assist and review all request for proposals (RFP) and invitations to bid (ITB) documents to ensure consistency with this article.
