§ 1.12.040. Distributing literature near polling places.

It is unlawful for any candidate or any other person supporting any candidate or group of candidates for public office at an election, either primary, general or special, within the general services district, to hand out cards, handbills, literature, etc., on election days within two hundred feet of the entrance to any of the regularly designated polling places.
