§ 2.04.020. Committee meetings.

    Each committee of the metropolitan council shall hold its regular and special meetings in a suitable place in one of the buildings of the metropolitan government or may, if more convenient, hold such meetings in a building of some other governmental entity or agency, be it either state or federal. All meetings of committees of the metropolitan council shall be open to the public; provided, that when a committee of the council is investigating misconduct on the part of individual members of the metropolitan council, the testimony presented to the committee shall be open to the public, but the committee, when deliberating on the evidence as presented to the committee, shall be allowed to meet in executive session without members of the public present in order to determine the committee's recommendation to be made to the entire council.

    B.

    Any report of the committee shall reflect how each member voted, with respect to the report or with respect to any action taken by the committee which is referred to in the report.
