§ 2.24.125. Recovery of costs.

That the department of information systems shall utilize written charge-back procedures to recover costs from all users of its services, whether such user be a department, board or agency of the metropolitan government or any other public or private entity. A copy of such procedures will be filed in the office of the metropolitan clerk. The information systems director shall promulgate a policy for cost recovery of all data processing services which may be promulgated and used by any department of the metropolitan government which provides data processing services until consolidation of said services is complete.
