§ 2.24.200. Public property—Maintenance responsibility.

The director of public property administration, subject to the supervision of the mayor, shall be responsible for the upkeep, repair and maintenance of all property, real and personal, belonging to the metropolitan government, excluding streets, bridges, sewers, sidewalks and related highway structures, and excluding the repair and maintenance of automotive equipment.
