§ 2.28.050. Obedience to orders of emergency ambulance and rescue service personnel.

No person shall interfere with or wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any employee of the division of emergency ambulance and rescue service while such employee is engaged in official business. This section shall apply only to those situations where the emergency medical technician is engaged in the care or transport of a patient.
