§ 2.28.090. Personnel rules and regulations—Copies filed as public records.

The director of fire shall cause certified copies of the rules and regulations of the department promulgated in accordance with the metropolitan government Charter and this chapter to be filed with the department of personnel and with the metropolitan clerk, and such rules and regulations shall be a public record.
